We publish literature in three distinct categories that are defined but not limited by age. We also publish nonfiction.
Spanning a wide range of genres, our Adult Literature always has at least one important commonality - the stories we publish capture experiences that help our readers better understand themselves and their relationships with others. The stories we share are unique, genuine, and show real emotion. Despite their differences, the characters in these stories are strong, smart, and not afraid to stand apart from the crowd.
Young Adult Literature
We publish authentic Young Adult stories that have significant emotional stakes at their core in a quest of self-discovery. We publish voices that are universal and thoughtful, emotionally driven by diverse characters, and not afraid to show their differences to the world. From sexuality to family issues to friendships - no matter the struggles these characters face, they always strive to tell real, authentic stories.
Middle Grade Literature
We recognize the privilege and responsibility that comes with sharing stories with young readers. From parent problem solving, deep sea pirates, and inventions from the future, we like to have fun with our middle grade stories - but at the heart of these stories are characters who are smart, kind, and accepting of the unique differences in us all.
There is a deep trust that must be built in sharing real life stories. We are privileged to help these extraordinary real life experiences be shared with the world, told by the people who lived them first hand.
